ON-SITE COURIER RECEIVING

In order to reduce the risk of failed deliveries, and to assist with the reduction of traffic congestion around the Earls Court venue, Agility Fairs and Events will be providing an on site courier receiving service.

ON-SITE COURIER RECEIVING

We are able to provide a courier receiving / collection service on-site, whereby your chosen courier can deliver to ourselves rather than your stand, which may be unmanned.

This service is free of charge for shipments up to a weight of 50kg

In order to book this service please go to the enquiry form and tick the relevant box –To assist you, we have created a shipping label and courier label to print and attach to each of your packages.

On arrival at the venue, couriers should report to the Agility service desk which can be located at the main entrance to each hall.

When exhibitors arrive at the venue, they should report to our site office at which point we can discuss and arrange delivery to their stands.
